Position Overview
Our client is looking an experienced and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team and provide superior service to our patients and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to troubleshoot complex computer systems. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is capable of working independently as well as in a team setting. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to the client. This position is ideal for an individual who has a passion for technology and is eager to assist our patients and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide technical support to patients and staff.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex computer system and hardware related issues.
· Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner.
· Maintain and update records of all IT requests. Install and configure new software and hardware.
· Monitor and maintain server performance and security.
· Manage and maintain IT network.
· Research and recommend new technologies to improve operations. Document and update IT policies and procedures.
· Provide training and support to staff on IT related topics.
Required Skills
· 2+ years of experience in IT technical support troubleshooting, installing and supporting hardware, software and desktop/work stations
· Strong verbal communications skills and customer service orientation
· Critical thinking skills
